Adult 3 (18+) *pre-requisite is to be able to swim 100m, or have passed Adult 2 -For fitness and endurance training purposes -Refine stroke techniques -With Structural interval training -Improve overall skills and increase performance -Train for advanced/competition or other challenges, such as a triathlon -Keep it moving!
