Classes are organized by ability so everyone can gain and learn specific skills through structured lessons led by our experienced instructors.
Students can build confidence in water, improve swimming techniques and develop own swimming pace for fitness/competition purpose.

Swim level Guidelines
Adult 1 – Beginner
Prerequisites:
None. No previous swimming experience is required.
Perfect for adults with little or no swimming experience, this is designed to help you feel safe, comfortable, and confident in the water. At a relaxed, supportive pace, you'll develop the fundamental skills needed to begin swimming, including breath control, floating, gliding, kicking, and introductory stroke techniques. Whether you're learning for fitness, recreation, or personal confidence, this class provides a welcoming environment to build a strong foundation.
Skills You'll Learn:

Breath control and basic breathing techniques

Front and back floating

Front and back glides

Flutter kicking with a flotation aid (10–15 m)

Introduction to rhythmic breathing while swimming

Kick-only swims (5–10 m)

Introduction to full swimming strokes (5–10 m)

Adult 2 – Developing Skills
Prerequisites:

Ability to swim 25 metres unassisted, or

Successful completion of Adult 1 (or equivalent)
This is designed for swimmers who are comfortable in the water and ready to improve their technique, confidence, and endurance. This level focuses on refining foundational skills while introducing more efficient stroke mechanics, stronger body position, and independent swimming in deep water. Through guided instruction and consistent practice, you'll build the skills needed to swim longer distances with greater confidence and control.
Skills You'll Learn:

Refined flutter kick technique

Development of full swimming strokes (50–100 m)

Improved breath control and rhythmic breathing

Underwater swimming skills

Eggbeater kick and treading water (1–2 minutes)

Deep-water entries, including jumping into deep water, treading for 1 minute, and swimming 50 metres

Increased confidence swimming in deep water
Optional Skills:

Standing dives

Introductory interval training (4 × 25 m)
Adult 3 – Endurance & Fitness
Prerequisites:

Ability to swim at least 75 metres unassisted, or

Successful completion of Adult 2 (or equivalent)
This is designed for confident swimmers who want to improve their endurance, efficiency, and overall fitness in the water. This class combines technique refinement with structured workouts that include continuous swimming, interval training, and endurance sets. It's an excellent choice for swimmers looking to build cardiovascular fitness or prepare for recreational events such as triathlons.
